Azull – Dutch-speaking estate agents in Spain & Belgium 🌞

Azull was founded in 2008 by Marleen De Vijt and Johan Conix, with the mission: ‘Buy safely and with confidence’ – a guiding principle during the crisis and still relevant today. The focus is on personal, expert and fully guided real estate transactions in Spain, with offices in both Spain and Belgium.

Who are the founders?

Marleen De Vijt is a certified estate agent in Belgium and Spain, author of books on the Spanish property process, and active in the property sector as a director and speaker. She has won several awards, including “Property Entrepreneur of the Year” (2016) and content awards in 2023.

Johan Conix made the switch from IT and management consulting to real estate. After a successful career at companies such as Agfa, Gartner and Vlerick, he moved to Spain in 2008 and co-founded Azull. He combines broad expertise in change management, business processes and real estate.
